2. Self rescue and mutual rescue measures for passengers when the cage is broken

(1) when the passengers find that the cage operation is abnormal, if the upward operation suddenly changes to the downward operation with high strength and extra thickness as the main direction and slows down and stops, and the downward operation suddenly speeds up and slows down and stops, they can basically conclude that the cage has broken the rope accident

(5) the method of rescuing the people in distress in the cage after the rope is broken is: if the cage is stopped on the side close to the ladder, after taking fixed insurance measures for the cage, put up a board to let the people in distress directly enter the ladder to escape; If the cage stops on the other side, the other cage can reach the stop, and then take safety measures to evacuate the people in distress to the rescue cage, and then lift out of the well

3. Bucket overturning self rescue measures after passengers are thrown out

some small buckets will overturn during operation and dump people out of the bucket due to the poor grasp of passengers' center of gravity. However, because the personnel tied the safety belt and hung the safety hook when riding the bucket, the personnel were hoisted around the steel wire rope after getting out of the bucket and would not fall to the bottom of the shaft. Generally, there would be no serious injury often used in large railways, highway bridges, roof trusses, crane beams, industrial and civil precast floors, pipe piles, prestressed concrete transmission pipelines, etc. The self rescue measures are:

(1) when the bucket is overturned and the passengers are dumped out of the bucket, the people in distress should not grasp the guide ropes on both sides of the bucket. Because the guide rope is fixed, and the winch driver does not know that the bucket and the poured out personnel are still running with the wire rope after the bucket is overturned. If you grasp the guiding rope, you will not only be unable to save yourself, but also have traumatic accidents

(2) after the passengers are dumped out of the bucket, the bucket will automatically return to its original position due to the effect of the center of gravity. The person in distress who is suspended around the steel wire rope should grasp the top edge of the bucket and close to the bucket if he cannot grasp it. When conditions are met, try to climb into the bucket

(3) when the passengers are suspended around the steel wire rope, don't be too nervous and afraid, and quickly recover their senses. After getting close to the bucket, call and knock the bucket to send a distress signal. When the bucket is about to fall off the hanging plate, the distress signal should be sudden and loud

(4) when the bucket is about to fall onto the hanging plate, the person in distress should pay attention to the position of his body. If his legs may enter the bucket seat and be pressed by the bucket, he should push the bucket with force (the bucket cannot be pushed), and the person can move outward under the reaction of the bucket, leave the bucket seat position, and avoid injury
