I. II. Quality and quantity of books

(XVII) publishing house departments should establish and improve the manuscript archives system. Each manuscript should have a complete file, including all relevant documents from the time of manuscript compilation to the time of publication, as well as complete original materials such as important readers' comments, quality inspection records, revised samples, etc. The plates and paper forms of books shall be properly kept by a specially assigned person

(XIX) the publishing house shall negotiate with the printing department and the publishing department, conclude contracts and improve the cooperative relationship. (XX) publishing houses should cooperate with printing houses to take practical measures to gradually shorten the publishing cycle on the premise of ensuring the quality of books.
